4 = You read from your notes and didn’t look up at your audience or attempt to engage them.

2 = Your voice was usually loud, clear and could be heard by most of the audience. However, maybe you turned away or got quiet during some part of the presentation.
3 = You used a fair speaking voice but at some parts of the presentation you could not be heard clearly or you mumbled.
4 = You didn’t use a clear speaking voice and the audience could not understand some or most of your presentation. You had your back to the audience.
5 = You failed to do an oral presentation.
